Reporting a listing or member

Most reports start in the conversation. Open the chat, tap the person's name at the top, and choose Report — that attaches the whole thread as evidence, so we see exactly what happened. Pick the reason that fits: sold or unavailable, item not as described (this covers a fake that turned out counterfeit), asked for payment upfront, price changed, didn't show up, or abusive messages. Add a note if you choose "Something else."

Haven't messaged the seller yet? Every listing also has a small Report this listing flag for pre-contact issues — "already sold or unavailable," or "something's wrong with this listing."

A human reviews every report within 24 hours. We can remove listings, warn, suspend, or ban members. What we can't do is recover money exchanged in person or referee price disagreements — which is why inspecting before paying, and never paying in advance, matters every single time.

Sometimes we'll follow up with you in Messages — you'll see it from Juuhudi Support (a shield icon, not a normal member). One thing to hold onto: Juuhudi will never ask for your M-Pesa PIN or any payment. Anyone who does — in a chat, a call, or an SMS — is not us. Report them.
