Sold your item? Go to My Listings and tap Mark as sold. If you sold to someone you met through Juuhudi, choose them from the list — they'll confirm they received it, and then you can both rate each other. That confirmed exchange is what builds your trust profile: your exchange count and star rating.
If you sold the item elsewhere, choose "Sold outside Juuhudi" — the listing closes, but off-platform sales don't earn exchange credit or ratings.
Please mark items sold promptly. Buyers messaging about sold items is the fastest way to lose their trust — and yours is the profile they'll remember.
